Jon has more than 30 years of experience in real estate sales, acquisitions, and development. He has worked across national, regional, and local markets, evaluating land, navigating approvals, and shaping strategies for residential and commercial projects.

He brings a developer’s understanding of land to the people who own it, helping them weigh potential, cost, timing, and the terms of a possible deal.

Lisa’s real estate experience began in new-home sales with Toll Brothers and grew into residential brokerage. Her Highgate focus is on rural homes and properties where the land is an essential part of the decision.

She helps buyers and sellers consider the whole place: the home, the acreage, the outbuildings, the work of caring for it, and the lifestyle it can support.
